3. Sourcing Fees and Payment

We charge a sourcing fee to property investors for each successfully introduced and accepted deal. The specific amount or percentage of this fee will be disclosed in advance and may vary depending on the nature and value of the deal.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid fees may result in restricted access to future opportunities.

4. No User Submissions

Users are not permitted to upload or post their own deals or documents to the Site. All listings are created and controlled by BINO PRECION PRPERTY SOURCING SOLUTION.

5. Deal Verification and Due Diligence

All deals listed on BINO PRECISION PROPERTY SOURCING SOLUTION undergo an internal due diligence and verification process. While we strive to ensure accuracy, investors must also conduct their own independent due diligence before making investment decisions.

We do not guarantee financial returns or future performance.

 6. Confidentiality and NDAs

We enter into non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with property vendors to protect sensitive deal information. By accessing or expressing interest in a deal, investors agree to treat all non-public information as confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without written consent.

7. Advisory Role

We do not provide regulated financial advice or legal services. You are responsible for seeking independent professional advice where necessary.

8. Account Access

You may be required to register or be pre-approved to access certain deals. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to approve or deny access at our discretion.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Circumvent us to deal directly with vendors introduced through the platform
